Should I choose Petty Civil Court or High Court?

All civil claims of a monetary value of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) or less must be heard in the Petty Civil Court whereas all claims above the value of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) is heard in the High Court.
